Macro's at 190 pro, 114 carbs, 34 fats.

The raise in weight was the morning post re-feed.

‎1 can undrained tuna in water, 113 grams cottage cheese, 1 large hard boiled egg, put in blender, blend to make a shake.
Live to regret it.
We do what we have to do to hit macro's, tooth extraction is no excuse.

Weight was up to 162.8 today, BUT I also eat later last night for my last meal by 2 hours due to shopping, so it puts my last meal 2 hours closer to my next mornings weigh in.

So I'm not worried.

Take that mother nature.

Thats why I tell people, the pinches are way off. I just do them as a base line in calculating macro's and check the mm pinch changes.

The % a pinch comes up with means nothing to me. There are to many variables that can change the outcome and your look.

Also goes to show also lighting, tan and things like that can make the look in a pic diffrent than real life.
Thats why I also take my tracking pics in same place , same light and such then compair them.

This is also why so many amuture competitive bodybuilders stop cutting for a show to early.
They do a pinch and it comes up 4% (a true 8%) so they think they are ripped, so they maintain till show day and don't shoot for leaner and the look, they go for a weight and the pinch test %.
