I'm at the % that most Novise hit the stage there first time at. If I did a tank I bet I'd be more like 9-10%.

My guess is that your lean mass will stay the same, your overall weight will drop by 15lbs with the water manipulation and I'm not sure how that will affect your bf%.

Either way you'll look shredded

UPDATE:

Starting weight 167.6, today 164.2 after 3 days.
3.4 lbs dropped.
Averaging 1.13 lbs per day.


I am drinking a gallon of water a day but yet this is mostly water perging.


To fill the time. Trivia:
Can anyone tell me why and how I know this is mostly water?

BTW my last cutting to lose like this I was below 1000 cals.

This cut I'm taking in over 1400 cals.

I can thank more muscle mass and AAEFX's Karbolyn for that.


Today if AAEFX's **NEW** formula Lean Fix comes in I will also be starting that.

Because that much fat and/or muscle loss in that short a time period would be highly unlikely to occur. (?)

Very good. When your macro's are on cue that much fat or muscle or combined both are imposable for the body to self eat that much of its self.

Also by pinching th skin between your fingers. After a hard long pinch. The slower the color returns the more fat and water in it.
