I have body fat that I want to drop but I'm not one looking for quick fixes. I need someone that has knowledge on body re composition diets and training to provide me with direction. I know about Lyle McDonald's diets for example the fat loss handbook and ultimate diet 2.0 but Lyle says should be be at 12-15%bf to start this diet.
