Shakes at night
I sometimes work out late at night, and then have a protein shake right after. I will then eat a meal about 45 minutes after the shake and about an hour later go to bed. Will this make me gain fat? Cause me to put on weight? If so what do you suggest that I do? I am on a low carb diet.

It will not make you fat unless it puts you well over your daily allowance of calories.

I've been eating 50-100% of my calories before bed for the past year or so. I've been all over the spectrum as far as bf %. I'm currently cutting from 18ish % bf down to around 10% and still consuming the majority of my cals before bed. Works well for me.
