Default What to take for being tired

My sister is tired all the time. She eats good and has had sleep apnea test done but nothing seems to pop up as to why she is so tired. Any recommendations for vitamins to help her get some energy.

I don't know your sister and I wouldn't dare give any kind of medical advice. But, exercise is great for making your rest more complete and making you feel more energized during the day. Does she exercise properly?

All I can say is eat better, exercise, drink more water, sleep more and watch Seinfeld reruns.

Id bet money she is under eating. And sadly, though not their fault, most people have no idea what "earing good" acually entails.
What does she eat in a typical day? How tall is she? How much does she weigh?

What do you mean by eating good? Can you give the contents of what her diet is like (calories, etc)? Can you identify the period when she had energy and felt good, and when her energy levels dropped, and by comparing the two identify any differences? What does she do for work? Is she in school? Has there been any changes here (shifts, hours, etc). And, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a physical, and obtain medical clearance to see if there may be an issue.

Many believe that water, doesn't give energy, but it does in the sense of hydrating the body and nourishing the muscle (remember muscle is about 80%) water or thereabouts, and flushing excess contents from the body when urinating. So make sure she is drinking adequate liquids.
