Off road beat me too it. Natural foods with fats.
I also heard that choosing an appealing checkout aisle female will raise your levels. So when possible, use this rule:
"Always talk to girls you are attracted to."
Better than any supplement, and it is a win win on many levels.

I have read that the ancient chinese used to distill male urine and scrape the fatty deposits off and give those to men who were lacking sexual desire. Current thought is that the testosterone that leaves the body through the urine was being collected, though massive amounts would have been needed to make any appreciable amount.
