Protein - Bro Nonsense
Someone trying to debate me. Small rant attached for entertainment value.
A) Some folks are underweight and may require more for building purposes.
B) Some folks need 4 billion calories a day to gain, and telling them to limit protein is idiotic. Only eat 150 grams of protein, but go ahead and eat 700 daily grams of carbs. That's ok!
C) Some folks may benefit from greater protein intake while cutting fat and training for strength and muscle retention.
D) Some folks train really, really, really hard and might need more.
Key word...some. Not all.
Yes, because eating 700 grams of carbs per day is balanced, and would never lead to fat gains...
