When I've not eaten enough protein I don't sleep well, and generally feel like crap. I felt this way last Friday when I got home from work.

I had a cheap piece of flat steak that I bought and took out. I cooked it in some real butter, and a little salt and pepper. Ate all of it. About 20oz's worth of meat, and probably about 1 TBL's of real butter. I slept much better that night, and felt a whole lot better the next day.

Ate a steak yesterday for dinner around 4:00pm. Slept good last night, even though I had to get up at 3:00am this morning.

Eating carbs does not give me this feeling of being satisfied with my food. Carbs just fill me up, but do not satisfy me the way a good meal of protein does.

Eat your carbs if you want. I'll eat my protein. You gonna finish that bacon?

I'll see if I can find some nice ripe beefsteak tomato's, , fresh lettuce, Some good bread, chedder cheese, Garlic mayo spread, fresh butter to grill it in a pan.

Sunday morning breakfast was bacon, 6 strips, I had to share. Along with 3 eggs fried in a little of the bacon fat. GOOD!

BTB, you should know this by now.. 150g of daily protein is simply 5 meals with 30g each. Everyone knows the body (yours, mine, Stalins, Confuscious, everyone etc..), can only process 30g of protein at a time. Consuming any extra means you gain 4lbs of fat for every gram of protein, BRAH...
