Does it really matter what brand of supplement you buy? Are most created equally? Like can I just buy whatever is the cheapest or do you think that some of the more expensive ones are the best?

What supplements are you talking about?

I have found that protein supplements come down to taste and mixibility. For the most part, protein is protein and I only care that it mixes easily and tastes good. If you are going to use a lot of it you might as well enjoy it. You may have to spend a little more to find something that suits you.

Creatine is cheap. Don't fall for gimmeks and buy expensive creatine with fancy additives, it's just a waste of money.
