Default Fiber

I take fiber pills for my colon for a medical issue. Does fiber block fat? Anyone know?

Fiber doesn't "block fat", but it is essential for proper digestion.

I agree that it is great for the digestive tract. It can help you lose weight if you incorporate it into your diet.
