There's been a lot of research interest in whether they help athletes, and the news isn't good. Sports scientists in quite a few different countries are finding the same result: they don't help athletic performance, and they may hinder it.
I took multis and anti-oxidants for 20+ years, but I've been forced to re-think my view on them. My honest view, based on a fair bit of research, is that at the least I wasted a load of cash for no benefit.
Powerlifts: 500/363/573 @ 220 belt only
front squat: 403
dips: bodyweight + 176 x 4
military press: 232
