Never heard of anyone getting headaches from "taking" to much caffeine, it's when you stop taking it you get the headaches.

If I have too much I start sweating and getting all jittery... but it takes a LOT of caffeine to get me to that point.

I have never been a big coffee drinker or anything with caffeine in but recently started taking caffeine tablets. At first they kicked my arse and left me with headaches and a sick feeling but now that I'm used to them they work great before the gym. It's the only time I have caffeine in my diet really so they give me a great boost. Still only a small amount of caffeine so if you're talking jugs of coffee this probably won't help.

Caffeine in foods and drinks is a lot less potent and effective than the pharmaceutical grade caffeine they put in supplements.

Some people do get head aches at first.
