Is there a difference in the types of creatine available. I know it comes in citrate, monohydrate and phosphate. Which one is the best one?

In all seriousness though, from what I've read creatine monohydrate is as good as any of the other types, and a heck of a lot cheaper.

I like Concret Creatine. It actually dissolves in water and I can tell a difference in my training session when I take it. You only take it on days you train too. Not every day. Drawback is that it is expensive.
When I use to take Creatine Monohydrate I couldn't tell any difference when I was taking it. Maybe 'cause I eat alot of red meat????

I took Mono for 10 years and tried Nitrate but Kre-Alkalyn works the best for me now.
Mono started to mess with my stomach and water retention in shin got worse over time. Being on stage I didn't want to loose my size by dropping creatine pre show. Kre-Alkalyn I can take all the way threw and even the day of my shows with no skin retained water.

I would look into Orotine or MCC.... had the best results with those; giving me no to little water retention and good strength gains.
