What kind of milk do you drink? I am currently drinking 2%. Hate skim and 1% is gross. Anyone on here drink whole milk?

Whole milk. Taste is just too darn good. I drink it about once a week just because.

Skim....about 2-3 gallons/week. I do like whole milk on my oatmeal.

I drink skim, this lets me get my fats - good fats from better sources like fish and nuts with out over doing my fat macro's.

I drink whole milk almost every day, but just for the record my goal is to gain weight. I love the taste of it too

Dependent on the goal I have with my diet, the context and they way I view food, also depends. For example, If I am wanting to gain weight, and calories/macros are not as potentially limited as compared to a deficit diet, I will drink whole milk, wanting the added calories, fat, etc. In contrast, if I am deficit dieting and/or deficiting macros (Carbohydrates), then I will go with skim milk, to save calories, and get my fat calories else where. This isn't based on health as it is working with numeric numbers in order to produce more bulk in my diet and working with the negatives that come along with this sort of dieting.

I should drink whole milk but do not like the taste. Too thick. I prefer 2%.
