Default Fast Foods

I tend to eat a lot of fast foods. I heard though that body builders should not eat it. I am scrawny though so does it really matter?

If your not a competitive bodybuilder and you want to lift weights and put on size, being scrawny dont worry about it. The extra calories will do you good. Just be smart about what fast foods you eat.

You can still make better choices. If you're going to go for fast food, get the McDouble or something with beef and cheese. Or go for Subway and get 24 inches of a chicken sub.

I avoid fries and heavy carbs and go for meat.

I allow myself burgers or grilled chix. I never get fries. Once I eat a fry I can not stop.

My stand-by on the road meal when I can't cook anything is 6 McDoubles, no ketchup, throwing away the bun for all of them. Aside from the salt overdose, its not too bad.
