lift3r is off to a bad start
Default Protein

You should shoot for 30 to 40 grams of protein per meal. Why then do some people eat as much as 80? Is there harm in this?

I just had around 190g of protein (about 1.75 pounds of steak) for dinner, and another 150ish throughout the day. No harm in it. Why do you think people should shoot for such low numbers on protein?

I just had about the same brute 1.5 lb + chuck roast with red skin potatoes, carrots, and enough white rice to kill a lesser man...

Lift3r. Eat, my man. EAT!!! You can sort through the fine details of all this as you progress. Lift big+ eat big= big results
