I love coffee. I couldn't imagine my life without coffee. I drink 5-6 cups a day. If I don't have coffee, I feel tired towards the end of the afternoon.

i saw on tv recently that coffee possibly helps prevent some types of cancers. it's worth looking up.

You say anything with caffeine I can not include in my water count. Can I count green tea since it does not have caffeine?

Ya, anything with caffeine (did I spell it correctly this time?) will have a dehydrating effect and cancel out the hydration effect of the liquid. Green Tea may possibly be okay, I don't drink it so I don't know anything about it. It's coffee or black tea for me.

there has also been research showing caffeine increasing performance, and mental focus. for every solution there is a problem

I always put 10 grams of powdered fiber in my first cup of coffee in the morning. It make's me think it's healthy that way. And I'm just as regular as a Swiss watch.LOL
