Besides turkey, chicken and beef what are some good sources of protein for me to try?
Eggs, milk, cheese, pork, fish. List goes on and on my friend...
Anything you can hunt down, skin/scale/pluck, and char over a fire. Salsa suggested.
My line-up for the week looks about like this
4-5 pounds ground beef
4 dozen eggs
1 pound bacon
2 whole chickens
3 Pounds pork (chops, ribs, or steaks)
~1.5 pounds whey protein powder
1 pound crab meat
Talopea, Bisson/Buffalo, Ostrage, Tuna
