i've eaten lots of seafood that could rival any texture on the planet, so i don't think i'd have a problem with eating eggs raw. i was going to say why risk it if you can get sick, but i love them over-easy, so whatever. eat raw eggs 'till you lay one, or be safe and cook 'em, just eat them.
