Intolerance to foods

Do you have any intolerances to food? I have found in my older age (not that I am really that old) I have grown intolerant to fried foods. Does any food bother you?

Nope none yet. I am 40 and can still eat whatever I wish :)

Dairy. I don't handle lactose very well anymore.

No, do not have any type of food that give me problems in the nature your speaking; however, there are foods in which provide fuel for the butt-bombs to the dismay of my family.

Lactose, grains, and processed vegetable oils.

Intolerant to fried foods, as in heart burn?

As we age, the LES (lower esophageal sphincter) gets weaker and allows food to go from the stomach back up into the throat; fats also relax the LES, so foods come back up...combine the 2 and you have problems. :chow:
