Default Milk

I am a huge milk drinker. I drink 2%. I drink anywhere from half a gallon to a full gallon a day. Is there a thing as drinking too much milk?

If you don't have any digestive issues, then more power to you. Make sure you are working out hard to take full advantage of it.

I agree with off road. If you are not having any trouble with it, then go for it. I like milk but I do not think that my body could take it.
