What is your favorite recipe for weight lifting? I have a smoothie recipe I make that is just awesome. I just throw some of it together. Here is the gist of it.
3/4 cup frozen strawberries and raspberries mixed
1 cup of lemonade
2 or 3 ice cubes
1 scoop of vanilla whey powder
Place in blender and blend until well combined.
