Foods that are bad for you?
I am trying to gain weight since I am only 120 pounds. I was wondering if there are any foods that I should really avoid? Ones that will pack on the pounds but will make me pay in the long run with cholesterol and things of that nature?
The list would be huge, but try to stay away from highly processed stuff as a general rule. Here is a good list of cheap bulking foods:
- Ground Beef
- Natural Peanut Butter
-Bone in Pork Steaks
The bones from poultry can be boiled down later to make a very rich and tasty stock for soups.
