Default Joint Health

What do you folks use for joint health? Been experiencing elbow, wrist, and finger discomfort recently.

I take olive oil daily (2 tablespoons usually) and I have also used Glucosamine and Chondroitin in the past. I've been rubbing Tiger Balm on elbow at the moment and have also used it on my knees in the past.

I'm good with the olive oil. Was the Glucosamine and Chondroitin effective? I've heard of Tiger Balm, isn't that like Ben-Gay? Did it work for you?

Tiger Balm is like Ben Gay. It did help.

I want to say the Glucosamine and Condroitin helped, but I can't be certain.

I love Joint Rehab by AAEFX. I haven't taken my pain meds for over 2 years now.

Back when I was having knee problems, I tried Glucosamine with no benefit. Might just be me though, I have weird tolerances to different things.

I've been reading the same thing about both Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Didn't want to ingest any unnecessary/ineffective meds if I can avoid it.
