I mostly just use protein powder. It's just extra food and I don't expect any magical things from it. So the only thing I really care about is mixibility, taste, and digestion. Hands down the best I have ever used is AtLarge Nutrition's Chocolate Nitean. The stuff is so yummy that I look for excuses to mix one up.

The worst one I've tried is WalMart's Body Fortress Whey protein powder. It is clumpy, tastes horrible, and gives me gas. I know it's cheap but I don't see how anybody can drink that crap when you could grill up a steak instead.

Nitrean is good, just wish it wasn't so pricey. Tough on us po folk. I need to try the Nitrean+

There is some form of Body Fortress at Walmart with creatine in it. Horrible stuff. Cheap, but horrible.

I use it when I am in a pinch.

I've actually seen Body Fortress being recommended on forums. They must hate themselves or be on a very tight budget. I'd rather fry up a bunch of eggs myself.

Best:
Animal Rage - Felt like it gave me pretty good focus, definitely zoned out during my workouts and didn't crash afterwards. Although I never really crash.
Real Gains by Universal - Freakin' delicious. And doesn't make me feel full, which I think is important for a weight gainer because I'm still hungry after drinking this.

I ran the Animal Test, M-stak, and Stak stack earlier this year with pretty decent results. Will probably run it again when I am able to lift like a normal person again.

Worst:
AmiNO Energy by ON - blah product didn't feel like it made much of a difference. Much prefer drinking Purple Wraath during my workouts if I am drinking anything.

^ That's good to know. I get asked for weight gainer recommendations all the time but I am completely clueless.

We have had some great reviews on our preworkout UNLEASHED. Only complaint we have got has been the taste. Then again if your worried about the taste that much you may want to put down the barbell and go put on a dress!!!

Till this sunday we are taking $5.00 off each supplement you buy which means you could buy our preworkout for $15.00 with 30 servings.

Email us at info@pitbullns.com to take advantage.
