Nice. 3000 packs a punch.

I don't think anything transforms a skinny guy quicker than a crap-ton of squats and 5000 calories per day.

With solid food, he had trouble getting down more than 1800 calories a day. He replaced his 500ish calorie lunch with that shake and was able to keep it down, and finally started seeing results from his training. One of the few guys I actually consider a hard gainer, he just couldn't hold in enough calories to grow.

Oh wow. I have never heard of anything like this before. That is just crazy. Sounds sort of good though but the bacon crumbs sound really gross.
