Default 8-12 week creatine run

gonna run creatine with my normal vitamins! For 8-12 weeks, i have dymatize creatine micronized, is this fine?

Should be fine. Are you bulking, Coop? A lot of people run Creatine while gaining but not while losing due to water retention.

Just remember Coop that a bulk need progression. Push for weight on the bar while you bulk.

Personally I see no need to "cycle" creatine. I feel that you can take it always, just my 2 cents. Don't forget to eat young man!

Agreed--I've never found any reason to cycle it. I just take 3-5 grams a day. Cost-effective way to supplement.
