Supplements to Minimize Muscle Pumps

Anyone know what this supplement is that helps minimize muscle pumps? I get periods of wicked back pumps and need to be a little more proactive.

I've read something about taurine and back pumps. Don't know the specifics.

Taurine is good for back pumps Steve. Are you getting enough water through out the day?

Yes.

It's from creatine. I was taking a pre-workout with stealth creatine and it's killing me.

Creatine hates me.

Happen to have some taurine on hand. Win win.

You ever give kre-alkalyn a shot? Basically none of the sides of regular mono but with all the same gains. Win-win!

I have tried it but small doses. It was uber the few times I did.

Started with taurine last night. Doing to test the back bumps today.

I will say this...my muscles feel very, very full today. I feel inflated and thick.

Seems to be working. My back feels a bit better. About to test it out.

I'm interested to see how this works out for you. Hope all goes well.
