Preworkout supplement
Any of you guys take a pre workout supplement. I have cut out the soft drinks, and seem to be crashing just before gym time. Thinking of adding one to the plan. Any suggestions.

Muscle Marinade gets my nod. Good energy and focus from one scoop.

I'm using Muscle Marinade right now and its pretty good. Not as potent if you're a stim junkie, but I like it quite a lot.

Favorite is NO Xhaust, but its definitely high stim and big on the beta-alinine/B vitamin flush

NO Xhaust is good. I'm not a stim junkie. Probably why I prefer Muscle Marinade.

When do you normally have lunch, and I presume you eat dinner after training?

Im nog a big fan of stim products and stopped taking them about 6 months ago. Now i usually have 1-3 cups of black coffe and xtend (bcaa's) before i go to the gym. Cheap and effective, on really tired days i might have an redbull or something to go with that. ;)

I've always found that I'm very stimulant resilient, so I end up needing double if not more of the recommended dose, which can make using them kinda expensive. in the past I've used MyProtein Pulse and USPLabs Jack3d, the latter of which I'd recommend - although it contains a banned substance, which is less than helpful when competing... _

I also got a random free sample from the guys I bought Jack3d from of XCelR8 (yes, really...), which was also pretty good, but it tasted of diluted petrol.
