Heavy whipping cream and eggs. Lots of fat and very few carbs to go along with my current diet.

Water for before and after training as milk to blurgh to get down after training hard and not nice to sit in my stomach whilst training. Take a shake with milk before I go to bed though.

No milk. That would give me too many carbs. I start with the cream, then the eggs, then add just a little water to help it blend, then I add other powders like creatine and fiber if I'm going to, then finally the protein powder. I blend all that, then add just enough water to make it drinkable.

Thick, creamy, awesome, gone, and way too quick.

Whey protein by itself is not going to make you gain weight. But you can mix it with heavy cream to add calories.
