Default Carb Backloading

Pull14 brought this up in my log so I have been reading about it today. Very interesting topic. Goes against most conventional ways of dieting.

Here is what I have gotten out of what I read. You do not consume carbs until later in the day, like your last 2 meals. Been looking through some stuff and it seems people have had great success with it here is a sample diet from dangerouslyhardcore.com

Quote:
11am workout days

10am wake up coffee w/cream
1030a whey isolate (to be replaced by torrent zero shortly)
pwo whey isolate w/creatine (to be replaced by torrent zero)
2p whole food meal consisting of 6-8oz protein with a serving of veggies
5p 2 scoops specialized protein for lean mass and 1/4 cup almonds or 1 cup cottage cheese w/almonds
8pm whole food meal consisting of 6-8oz fatty protein, veggies and 1 serving carbs (rice, quinoa, whole grains)
10p-12a 1 scoop specialized protein for lean mass w/ 1 serving of carbs either clean or somewhat dirty, last night i had a slice of pizza

430pm workout days

10am wake up coffee with cream w/1 scoop specialized protein
12pm whole food meal consisting of lean protein and serving of veggies
3p 2 scoops specialized protein and 1/4 cup almonds/or 1 cup cottage cheese walmonds
4p 1 serving torrent zero (using whey isolate at the moment)
pwo 1 serving torrent zero (using whey isolate at the moment)
7p 1 serving fatty protein, veggies and carbs
10p 1 scoop specialized protein w/1 serving carbs

off days

1230pm whole food meal consisting of lean protein w/veggies
4p 2 scoops specialized protein/1/4 cup almonds or cottage cheese w/almonds

Carb Back-loading

This is a very interesting concept to me, and it seems that this would fit into life better. Since usually meals later in the day are at home with family. What do you guys think??
