I read something around the net yesterday with people bashing fructose. Not high fructose corn syrup, but regular sugar from fruit. UGH.

Olive oil is supposed to be okay up to 3 tablespoons a day, after that it is argued to be detrimental, studies have been done on it and you just know there is a study to back any view
