I'd just like to add that, at the beginning of my bulk, my cholesterol was 208. Since then, I have eaten ~2 pounds a of meat daily along with potatoes, lots of milk and creamer, and olive oil. Oh, and a Diet Coke with lunch.

When I saw my doctor a month ago, my weight was up ~29 pounds and my cholesterol was DOWN 34. points (174).

I'll stick with tons of eating and lifting for $500, please Alex!

That's really the thing for me MC. I've found that even during times where I am eating a lot of dirty foods - say 25-35% of my calories - and eating more calories than normal, my numbers are always good when I am lifting and exercising.

No, its really true. I am a dessert nut, and I had ice cream plus a good amount of proteins post workout. Used that almost as a reward for eating clean rest of the meals.

Plus ... god forbid, may be ice cream and protein post workout can be marketed as a super-supplement
