I have lost 6lbs and 1" of the waist in the three weeks that i have dieted, although the last few days diet and training have gone to sh*t a little as i have been a bit stressed out, but my head feels in a much better place now so this next 4 weeks i want that total to get to 10lbs lost and (hopefully) 2" gone from the waist

Thought i would give a quick update...

It seems as though mu body doesnt mind carbs (like i thought it did). i have been watching what i eat. Eating relatively clean, making sure i get a lot of protein, but carbs whilst still low, have not been removed altogehter. Some days i eat a lot of them, some days i dont and I seem to be losing weight AND fat quite well.

I weighed this morning and I have lost another 1.5 lbs and another 1/4 inch off the waist

When I started the log (June 8th) I was

Stats
37.5" Stomach
5'6.5" Height
194 lbs

Now 5 weeks later I am..

Stats
36.25" Stomach
5'6.5" Height
185 lbs

thats 9lbs and 1.25" of the waist. My strength is as it was then and the amoutn of fat lost off the waist would make me think that i havent lost any (or much) muscle (chest is down about 1/4-1/2")... obviously this is gonna get harder as i go along, but so-far-so-good

Size may be go down BUT thats fat not muscle and strength. Untill you get real low (below 10%) it don't start wanting to tap into muscles if your nutrition is there. You are doing great. Nice work and progress.

Well whatever my eating habits are like for the day I am making sure there is lots of protein and i try to sip BCAA's if going for longer than say 3-4 hours without eating..
