Yeah, for some reason i always seem to eat LESS when I'm not at work... Its easy at work, as I eat at my desk at specific times. When I'm not here I find it harder to plan, as I'm always here, there, and everywhere with the kids.

Still, I'll make up for it today

Once I start dieting in the next couple of weeks, I will be cutting myself some slack at weekends but going super strict in the week. Never let it get in the way of real life

No I dont intend letting get in the way of real life. i only get every other weekend off anyway so if im not as strict then its no biggie. I mean the diet wasnt that bad anyway, no rubbish really (except half a box of maltesers on sturday night with the kids ), but just not as good as it should be.

im not gonna stress over it, and if i can maintain weight this week with 2 bad days then Ill be happy

I am with you re. diet at work vs. at home.
Too much going on at home to be as strict as I would like.
Luckily (I think), I eat most of my meals at work.

Yeh I eat most my meals at work too, it sucks that Im here so much, but whilst i am i may as well use it to my advantage
