Awesome first week there mate. I would expect that loss to slow down a bit now that you've deloaded some water and glycogen. As for the buffet if it's Chinese that stuff is normally LOADED with MSG and salt so you will almost definitely bloat up with water, etc but I would say just go for it. It's her birthday, enjoy it but make it just for that one meal.

Please note, however, that the above advice comes from a fat man

Yeh I dont think there is much healthy chinesse, they do thai and japanesse too, but I loves me some sweet and sour chicken hmmmmm...

I am hoping the loss slows right down mate. i am hoping for 1lb per week and 1/2inch off the waist every 2 weeks. That should see me dropping about 18lbs before holidays and sporting a 32" inch waist lol

and if i can retain most of the muscle mass too then i should be in pretty good shape, but damn dieting is hard. i completely forgot last night and as me and the girls were making pizzas, I just stuffed a slice without even thinking

cheers mate, yeh it was awesome.

i stuff the chicken with mature chedder and the secret with the mushrooms is to cut them thin so they dont take too long to cook, but still cook them slow so that the garlic doesnt burn

Yummy....
