SuperPump MAX review
Took 3 scoops 30 mins pre w/o. Was doing a light / volume session.
(Im used to taking stims and usually go between 2 and 3 scoops on any pwo)
Got the raspberry lemonade flavour and it tasted better than the old SP 250, took a long time to dissolve in water.
I sweated like a pig and drank almost 1 liter of water, and that was only during my 20 min warmup. Rest of the workout was a mess, got jittery, nauseous and dizzy at the end of sets, almost threw up at the end of workout and I was not even smashing heavy compounds. Pump was good but I always got a good pump working in the 6-10 rep range and it was not extraordinary in any way.
All in all this product really sucks. I have not had a bad workout in a long time, untill I drank this shit.
On the other hand, my buddy works fine on SP MAX but gets jittery on other pwo's like jack3d.
SP250 was hard on the stomac and this was a bit better regarding this.
I would not recomend this to anyone and i rate it 1/10.
