You pick the flavor of choice for this contest.

This contest ends Friday, April 29th at 8pm CST.

(Unless there are not a minimum of 25 entries...then it will stay open)

Rules...simple. Create a ridiculous name for a new workout system.



This system can be a combination of of existing programs, or a completely new name. You can also provide a creative description of the workout protocol if you want.

You may enter as many times as you want. I will pick the winner, and the winner gets free protein Isofuel - Blim Blam!

FST-Shake Crapp

Fst-7 + the amazing shake weight + dog crapp.
this training style will increase the fascia stretching of the total body by increasing the intensity of the shake weight with incorporating rest-pause. Theres a 53.33% increase of testosterone and a 100% increase is protein synthesis when individuals walked with the shake weight especially in public. After 4 weeks on FST-Shake Crapp, you will gain 10-20 lbs of lean body mass, and drop 5% bodyfat.
