I don't sweat the carbs found in the dairy, nuts and spinach.
I do not eat any breads, pastas, sugars, rice, grains, potatoes, etc. etc.

5-6 meals a day with a protein source and a fat source, and at dinner Ill have Spinach with my Protein and Fat sources.

One cheat meal a week.
Pretty much what I do, only I use Hood Calorie Countdown instead of milk and Broccoli instead of spinach. I also make use of green salads. 3 cups of greens ins only about 4 g carbs , mostly fiber, and 40 calories. Oh, broccoli, along with almonds, are testosterone boosting eats. Oh, when on sale, plain greek yougurt, high protein, low sugar, use a little stevia and lemon juice to make a lemon pie flavored gurt.

Thanks for the tips guys... have either of you found any loss of LBM with the fat, or is it primarily fat that you have lost ??

Pretty close to what I do. I still have to have some bread, but I just eat wheat. my typical day looks like this.

Breakfast: 3 eggs, one yoke. Turkey burger or Turkey meat on wheat
Lunch: one of the following, Tuna, Turkey Burger, Baked Chicken Breast
Supper: either steak, turkey, or chicken. Normally a salad to help with bathroom issues haha!

One day a week I will give in and eat a slice of pizza, or and just too lazy to cook when I get home and eat what the wife made. She loves pasta, so I just eat the meatballs instead. Just things like that. I am down 23lbs in about 6weeks. During this time my strength keeps climbing. I must admit, for a diet.....its super easy haha.

I have seen some lbm loss previously. Just like trying to put on mass usually means a little fat, losing fat can also mean some lbm loss. This however, is where BCAA and protein can help. By using BCAA in between meals and increasing my protein intake, through (hear the audible gasp) shakes, I have not seen the loss of muscle or strength this time through. I know better now, how to manage things while eating low carb. Focus on getting your protein first, then your fats, the carbs will then work themselves out.
