I didn't hit most of the reps I needed, this whole tempo thing is really working me. Numbers might seem low but with the added tempo it's a killer! Looking to up some of these reps or weights next week. HUGE pump fo sho.

Great job Ripped. I have played with tempo in the past, it is a lot harder than it looks on paper. Squats for instance. Going down in 4 seconds may not seem like much, but coming back up, that is a whole different matter. Again, great job!

I've been running this type of routine for 3 weeks, it's tough as nuts!
