Default Best Leucine Ratio?

As we know, Leucine is a vital amino acid in protein synthesis. But with marketing and broscience clouding the facts, much is lost in what is really needed.

So what do you think? Which is better, and why? If you have any references, please post them.

2:1:1
4:1:1
8:1:1
*Straight Bulk Leucine.

I am sure i read somewhere that 4:1:1 was best intra workout and 2:1:1 was best for throughout the day.... but i cant remember where I read it to try and provide a link

In all my research in NON sup manufacture paid tests. A 2-1-1 ratio was constantly proved in BCAA's to be the best ratio to activate Leucine for it to activate protein syntheses process.
Its been a year since I researched it so I don't have the pages anymore I'm on my 3rd computer since then, but chemistry/reaction in a year aren't going to change. The reaction between components will only change if you change the ratio's or add a 3rd parameter and that would go back to manipulating the results to get the result you want.

All BCAA are important BUT Leucine is the one that triggers protein synthesis.
I didn't research BCAA's for intra. Thats a absorption/recovery issue.
I research Leucine effectiveness. IF you just want to get BCAA's for your daily profile go for any ratio. IF you want Leucine at its best and effective for muscle sparing (night) then a 2-1-1 ratio. Leucine NEEDS the other 2 amino's to react with and become effective. Just like cooking a egg to unlock it full protein profile.

At a BCAA profile of 2-1-1. with a serving of Lucien at 3g's has shown to keep the body in Protein syntheses for up to 4 hour it night.

Casein at bed time digests so slow the Leucine in it is ineffective because it trickles in the system so slow it never reaches the 3g level.

Business just picked up here at the office, but I'll try to find the article with references I read a few months back that say Leucine is best by itself, and that the "older" ratios were no longer valid.

Also to note, 2 BCAA products that sell pretty well use the 8:1:1 ratio based off the same research.

Personally, I just try to get all of them. Until I find a quality bulk with semi-good flavor I'll stick to a premix of all 3, plus whatever other goodies get tossed in the prop mix..
