Default Fish Oil and CLA serving size

I know what is recommended, but what works best for you guys. Im about 238, definitely not your average(recommended doseage) size person.

I'm always a bit conservative on supplements. I only take 1000 mgs of fish oil daily. I'm sure I should take more...

And I've never taken CLA, but would be interested as well as to what you guys take...

i normally take about 4000mg of fish oil, i have never tried CLA either

I take a minimum of 2400 mgs of fish oil but I have never taken CLA either

have taken CLA but not in a high dose and it's OK. You don't get any "on" feeling from it. Fish oil should be between 3-6g's a day (3000mg's - 6000's) depending on your size.

nothing that i take gives me an "on" feeling, except a preworkout drink. even NO products are failing to do so right now.

I usually take 1-2 fish oils 3-5 times daily

I usually take 2 CLA caps 3 times daily
