NightTrain gets P-MAG'ed and then resurges with RESURGENCE
So, i am starting my newest log today. Its is gona be 4 weeker of P-MAG by CEL... probally gona dose it pretty high, depending on sides and the like. My work-out regime will be my normal routine. i will go 5 days on two days off, and should look like the following....
Mon- BACK--- Deads, Sldl, pullups, seated rows, etc... i will be trying to do 4-5 sets of all excercises
Tues--- CHEST- flat BB, incline BB, Dips, cable flys, DB work, etc... 4-5 sets per excercise
Wed--- ARMS- then normal arms stuff.... 4-5 sets of excer.
Thrus--- SHOULDERS/TRAPS--- Arnolds, clean press, shrugs, etc... 4-5 sets per
Fri-- LEGS- Squats, sled press, exten, curls, calves, etc... 4-5 sets
SAT/SUN-- spend time with my youngin... REST
Doseages--- these are just preliminary---
day 1-3- 50mg
i will use reSURGEnce from FoG for my PCT... so this should be good :rockon2:
Stats--- 200lbs on friday- i will re-post tonite after i get to the gym and wiegh in
im hoping to gain some good size and atleast 10-15 pounds with as little extra BF as possible, i know i wont be able to completely eliminate all fat gain but i hope to hold it to a minimun and still gain the wieght. BF was 17% this morning......
i will also try to get some pictures up Before and then after.

yeah me too, i talked to Kyle the other day and he was like why dont you run reSURGEnce for your pct.... i was like hell yeah i will run it,(been wanting to anyways.... LOL)
SOON... id say in a very short couple of weeks... but i will make a call to Kyle and see if he has it ready yet...
it will be a foam PCT formula, just like the rest of our FoG products.... awesome applicaition, no mess... no smells... no sticky, yucky feeling that you get from some transdermals....
---DAY 1 24 AUG 09-----
RAN 1 mile then did interal sprints for 1 mile..... walk 50 meters sprint 250 meters... was really spent after these...
Deads--- 135x10/ 135x8/ 225x8/ 315x6/ 405x3
Bent Over BB rows--- 135x10/ 135x10/ 135x10/ 135x10/ 135x10--- had to take extra rest inbetween reps in order to get all 10
Cable pull downs--- 120x10/ 160x8/ 180x7/ 200x5/ 120x10
pretty good back work out- number werent huge but i was really trying to feel each rep....
im gona steal this format from my Buddy REV...
sides...none, but it is only day 1 and im only @ 50mg
Using 1 as pre cycle 10 as peak...
Nice deadlift numbers.
