nothing went "wrong" they just were tough... that is why they sucked... you shuld try them...

stand with dumbells in each hand curl them to your shoulders and from there do a overhead press with them.... believe me after everything else i did these kicked my a$$

Squats--- 135x12/ 135x10/ 225x8/ 315x4/ 315x4--- new PR

Front squats--- 135x8/ 135x10/ 135x8- these suck- but i can really feel them in the quads if i keep good form

super set the last two excercises---
leg ext--- 95x10/ 110x10/ 125x10
leg curls --- 95x10/ 110x10/ 125x10

pretty good leg workout-- the strength was there, but motivation was lacking... slow day at work put me in a laxidazical mood.... it will be better next week


sides...none, day 5 ------ 75mg- Pmag

i think it is starting to kick in, next weeks workouts should be fun.... 2 days of recovery then its balls to the wall!!!
