last week was kinda a cheat week, but i really havent gained any weight at all... actually i was down to 180 on monday, im flucuating between 180-182 currently, i can see the second set of abs coming in but they are not there yet...

as far as meals go i normally just perpare them the night prior, that seems to work the best for me so far.

Maybe that little cheat week bumped your metabolism a bit. Anyway, any thoughts of pulling a Ripped and trying the stage?

thanks fellas for the support..

i dont think i have the balls to get up on stage...

just got done talking to my fitness consultant and i should be starting the new program most tick..... im going Lean bulk, so lets see if the Man can put the weight back on me without the fat i used to carry around!!!
