Post Cycle Therapy- it is the process you need to go thru at the completion of any hormonal cycle... with PHs or steriods you are dumping massive amounts of Testosterone into your system, which causes your body to lower the amount of natural test it produces. plus your whole system gets all kinds of wacky, so you need to do a good PCT in order to help your body return to its normal state. it will return by its self but it may take a while that is why you need to help it along, so you dont lose all your gains due to low test...

i hope i explained that properly... if not someone help me out, im not an elagant speaker.

BW dips 10/15/15/10--- AWESOME PUMP.....


i wanted to do some BO cable flys but these two clowns where in ther forever so finally i just said F*&^ it and called it a day


sides...none, but it is only day 2 and im only @ 50mg

Using 1 as pre cycle 10 as peak...

And man you have intestinal fortitude doing bench after DBs. I don't have that will power.

Never tried them before... maybe i should give them a try... how do you do them?

all i used to do was incline DBs and then cable flys, and crossovers, and dips.... i love incline DBs

You do like a 4-6 second slow negative. You can do these with regular dips, or as a stand alone. They are really good at the end of a workout for burns...do 8 slow negatives and you will hate me

21s--- 3 sets followed by 1 burnout set of preacher curls--- got 21 reps before burnout.....

Standing single arm bicep cable curls--- 20x10/ 20x8/ 15x10--- smoked!!!!

Tricep pressdowns--- 72.5x10/ 80x10/ 87.5x10/ 95x10--- these were easy-- can tell a difference from last week


DB overhead ext--- 100x10/ 110x10/ 120x6/ 130x4 w/spot---- new PR---- i felt soooo good tonight, it was insane.... i dont think it was the P-MAG but it was something!!!!

sides...none, but it is only day 3 and im only @ 50mg

75mg starts tomorrow....

And nice incline DB curls...one of my favorite exercises...but I'm too much of a wimp to go to 10 reps. Too much pain for me.
