Have you tried raw milk? Pain in the ass/expensive to get ahold of in some places but all the enzymes that make milk completely digestible are left intact when it's not pasteurized.

Another awesome way to get some great protein and fat post-workout if lactose is an issue and raw milk is unobtainable is to mix some eggs with cream and honey. Tastes incredible too.

I don't follow that...cream would be worse than just basic milk (as in non-cream), I would have thought. Unless you have some info on that that I've not seen.

"In theory, traditionally produced sweet butter and real cream should be low in lactose, since the milk sugar would normally remain in the whey, after separation, however practical experience shows that either the separation is incomplete or milk solids are added to the final product, elevating the lactose content beyond an acceptable level for my family."

Well, cream is basically just the fat from milk. So it has much less lactose, casien, and whey and that means doesn't need the enzymes that milk does to properly digest and even when it's pasteurized it is tolerable.

Here's the macro breakdown for a cup of each to show you what I mean:
Whipping Cream
Fat 88.1 g
Carbohydrate 6.6 g (lactose and galactose)
Protein 4.9 g (whey and casien)

Whole Milk
Fat 7.9 g
Carbohydrate 11.0 g (nearly 2x cream)
Protein 7.9 g (also nearly 2x cream)

Are white Americans supposed to shut up because you dislike them and find them arrogant?

That was wrong and condescending.

This is not how we handle things on this forum. We respect. That was not respectful in any way.
