I can't eat enough.

Solution...eat more fats.

I am guessing that 9 times out of 10, if a muscle building diet is lacking in calories, it's missing fats. Fats should be 20-35% of your intake, and maybe more if you're underweight, or have a fast metabolism.

Chicken breasts, rice and broccoli alone won't cut it...

Almond butter, almonds, natural peanut butter. These are great ways to get good fats and hit your needs.

The sad thing is that quality dead cow is so expensive. I would love to have a good supplyer of cheap, dead cow.

Or maybe ill start a cowken farm who knows...

Beef is actually pretty cheap in Ontario; and good quality too.

I get most of my calories from fats and protein, generally. Fats especially are something you can eat and eat all day long.

Thats right, a lot of people are scared of eating fat cos they think they will get fat. I have lost count of the times people in work have asked me if im dieting how i can eat cheese cos its full of fat ?? but they tuck in to 3 'low fat yoghurts' a day not realising the suger content in them is massive, or adding tomato ketchup to everything not realising it is a third sugar !!!

a table spoon of olive oil is about 130 calories, and is pure 'good fat' add it to salads and its not hard to hit your daily calorific needs or your fat macro content
