Great post!

I eat peanut butter, have milk, eat almonds, and add olive oil to shakes every day.

I just had this conversation with a buddy who wanted to know how to add more calories so he could start gaining weight again.

and Beef, is just full of WIN! I have a PDF somewhere that tells how to best cook each cut of beef, but it is too big to attach.

I like the bertolli olive oil spread if i need to use butter. But I cook everything that needs oil with EVOO

Milk is my favorite thing!! I also put olive oil on potatoes, steak and chicken.

I think I got lucky on the food department though.

My dad makes and distributes homemade pasta and ravioli so I get it free. No nasty stuff in it, its made like it originally does. So I get lots of free pasta. Also he uses his wholesale connections to get beef, chicken and eggs for a lot cheaper and in bulk haha.
