Its not bad. You have to be carfull to not over cook it. Being so lean it is easy to cook to long and dry it out. Theres a farm in WI that goes to Farm Market and sells it. I used to eat Big Bird a lot till $$ became a problem.

Been eating Salsa Chicken Quinoa for lunch every workday since November and some form of steak at least 3-4 nights a week with turkey and fish thrown in for variety.

Not big on pork unless it's BBQ something, and then the sodium is usually through the roof. But it tastes good.
